Reservation Policies
• We only accept reservations starting and ending on Saturdays from the first week of June through Labor Day. Please adjust your request accordingly.

• Check-in is 3 pm; check-out is 11 am Please allow for the complete cleaning of the house.
• 50% deposit due at time of booking, with the remaining 50% 30 days prior to check-in.
• If your check-in date is less than 30 days from the time of booking, the full rental fee is due at the time of booking.
Cancelation Policies
We hope you don't cancel!
If you must, we will refund your full deposit if you cancel 60 or more days prior to your check-in date.

If you cancel 30-59 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive your full deposit minus a fee equal to 10% of the full rental cost.

For cancellations less than 30 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive your full deposit minus a fee equal to 20% of the full rental cost.
​
For cancellations less than 7 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive your full deposit minus a fee equal to 50% of the full rental cost.
